As a therapist, yoga and mindfulness instructor, I'm here to support you or your child on their healing journey.
Yoga supports us in cultivating our mind-body connection, while mindfulness supports us in accepting and being more comfortable with the present moment.
As you or your child and I explore these modalities — as well as, trauma-informed somatics, spiritual support, and other traditional therapeutic methods such as play therapy, CBT and psychodynamics— together, we will discover the best path to get you or your child more in tune with your emotions, physical experience, and your inner guide. Mastering these tools and you or your child's self-awareness will strengthen you on your path towards more inner peace.
