As a therapist, yoga and mindfulness instructor, I'm here to support you or your child on their healing journey.

Yoga is the practice of mind-body connection, while mindfulness supports us to accept and be comfortable in the present moment. As we explore these modalities — as well as, trauma-informed somatics, spiritual support, and other traditional therapeutic methods,— together, we will discover the best path to get you more in tune with your emotions, physical experience, and your inner guide. Mastering these tools and your self-awareness will strengthen you on your path towards more inner peace.
