Teen therapy group

The past two years have been challenging to say the least. Teens — like all of us — are impacted socially and emotional by the pandemic, school shootings, and other traumatic news. This group will provide space for Queer and BIPOC teens to learn coping strategies for decreasing general anxiety, social anxiety, and isolation. They will be encouraged to connect to themselves and each other. During our time together we will meditate, practice art therapy, talk about our feelings and thoughts, and support one another in hopes to develop meaningful relationships.

We will meet on Mondays from 4:30-5:30 p.m. for six weeks on September

26 to October 31st. The cost of the program is $600 for a total of 6 sessions. Sign up by August 1st and get $50 off! Payment plans are available.
